## How a project runs

1. **Architecture and scope lock.** Data models, user journeys and technical constraints are mapped. The client gets a signed scope, a fixed price and a fixed delivery date, so there are no surprise invoices.
2. **Rapid sprints and weekly staging.** The build uses production grade code (Flutter, Next.js, Supabase). Every Friday the client receives a private staging link to test progress live.
3. **Security and penetration testing.** Every endpoint, database policy (RLS) and payment flow is audited against vulnerabilities before going public. The client receives the test report and the remediation log.
4. **Full code handover and deployment.** Brandz.tech deploys to the client's servers, compiles for the App Store and Google Play, and hands over 100% of the repository, documentation and database keys. The client owns the asset.
