Selling online in Algeria runs on cash on delivery. Orders arrive through several channels, parcels go out with a courier, and the money comes back days later. Merchants were reconciling all of it by hand.

• Cash on delivery is the default way to pay
• Parcels ship with Yalidine and must be tracked live
• Merchants work from a phone at the counter and a desktop in the back office
• Each vendor must only ever see their own orders and customers
